Shady Lady at The Dreamland
Thursday, January 24th saw an event take place at the Nantucket Dreamland Theater, where we showed Shady Lady, a Tristan Loraine film. It tells the story of the B-24 Liberator named Shady Lady which flew the longest bombing mission in the history of aviation as of 1943, flying from Australia to Indonesia and back, for over 16 hours. More than 80 people came to see it, on a bitter winter night, and we thank you and hope you all had a good time. We also announced our NFA Youth Aviation Camp which will take place between the 24th and 28th of June, 2013. We'll be announcing more events and activities over the coming weeks and months so stay tuned.
